| 24 - Hour service provides assistance to rape and incest survivors, offering accompaniment and advocacy. Also offers prevention and education programs to the community | |

Residential Habilitation ( Home and Community Based Waiver Services) |
Provides in-home independent living skills training for people with developmental disabilities.,through the Home and Community Based Waiver Services (HCBS) |

Respite (Home and Community Based Waiver Services) |
Provides a care-giving break for parents who have a child /adult with developmental disabilities and are on the Home and Community Based Waiver Services (HCBS) |

Respite DOH Early Intervention |
Early intervention Respite Services is provided for families with children who are under three years of age and are receiving other Early Intervention Services. Early Intervention Services are provided for children who have a developmental delay. |

S.A.N.E. (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners) |
A collaborative service with Horton Medical Center and the Orange County District Attorney's office, which assists rape survivors with the treatment and reporting process. |
| Provides social and educational opportunities for the siblings ages 5- and up of children with developmental disabilities. Monthly meetings and special events are held. Information provided for parents and professionals. | |

Supportive Case Management |
Individual case management for adults with a primary psychiatric diagnosis. Individual needs to have Medicaid and meet functional impairment criteria. |

Travel Activity Club |
A consumers run recreational program. It affords members social interaction over weekends. |
| Evaluates and prepares individuals for employment. Job development and job coaching services available. | |

Young Adult Social Club |
Monthly social and recreational activities for individuals ages 18 and older with developmental disabilities. |
